Shogun goes over the top with the new 2009 R1 No Cut kit. Each 09 R1 offset starts its infancy as a 2+ pound block of 6061 T6 aluminum cradled in one of Shogun?s 5 axis CNC milling centers. When finished the right side offset weighs in at a mere 8.4oz and the left 7.0oz, resulting in nearly an 80% weight reduction in overall mass. Each offset is paired up with a new puck design that maximizes the structural integrity of the unit. This new and revolutionary 3D configuration is manufactured exclusively for the R1?s unique style and design.
